History
Servopack Ltd, the holding company of ServopackUsed is a new machine sales agency representing some very well-known European machine manufacturers in the UK and Ireland.
Founded in 2022, the company started with representing the pharmaceutical side of the Rotzinger Group, who purchased the Bosch Packaging Technology secondary packaging division. (First owned by Syntegon for 12 months)
2022 – Servopack Ltd was founded and represents Rotzinger PharmaPack / Hansella / Packfeeder
2023 – We formed a partnership with Pharma Packaging Systems Ltd representing them in the UK and Ireland
2024 – We formed a partnership with Rota Verpackungstechnik GmbH to represent them in the UK and Ireland
2024 – We formed a partnership with Stripfoil in Oxford
2024 – We started a service department, with a UK service Engineer specifically to support Rota Verpackungstechnik GmbH
2025 – We purchased a building/unit for our offices and machine storage in Shrewsbury.
2025 - We started the ServopackUsed website for the trade.
Servopack today
Focusing specifically on primary and secondary packaging machinery in the pharmaceutical, health care, personal care industry, we represent Rotzinger PharmaPack, ROTA Verpackungstechnik, Hansella, Packfeeder, Pharma Packaging Systems, Autexis and Pharma Engineering Ltd (STRIPFOIL) and Newman Labelling.
Our company offers new machine sales, spares, size parts, software upgrades, field service and technical support.
Machinery covered:
- Tablet blister packing, cartoning and serialization solutions
- Tablet, capsule, gummy counting including bottle unscrambling, bottle cleaning, conveyors, desiccant inserters, capping, labelling and cartoning
- Tablet, capsule, gummy counting directly into pouches. We use a small compact rotary pouch machine.
- Deblistering and decartoning solutions
- Sorting & unscrambling, filling and capping machinery for pain relief syrups, cough medicines, skin lotions, shampoo, shower gels, oils, creams and many other pharmaceutical / personal care products.
- Aseptic fill and finish solutions for ampoules, vials, bottles, syringes including washing, sterilizing, filling and capping. Combination machinery is available for all containers.
- Digital solutions such as equipment and ERP connectivity, level 3 MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software, industry 4.0 and future-proof functionalities.
- We also deal with used machinery. On occasion we can offer part exchange or purchase used equipment depending on the condition and age. In the past we have purchased PPS counting machines, Bosch capsule machines and Bosch capsule checkweighers to name a few.
