Ideally, we will visit your site and look over the machine while still in production. A working machine is always more valuable than a stored machine. We will discuss the age and condition of the machine with you and then verbally agree a price. If we proceed, we normally ask the customer to remove the machine from the clean room or packing area, and have it ready for collection.
- Ideally, the machine must be seen in the clean room or packing area, ideally running
- Due to damp and moisture, we don’t accept machines that are stored in outside shipping containers
- We don’t accept machines that have run antibiotics, potent or toxic products
- We require machine product information before accepting the machine (We don’t need to know any brand names)
- All passwords should be clearly identified before machine delivery
- Size parts, spare parts, manuals should be included in the machine sale
